Judith Redoli is now a telecommunications teacher in Alcala de Henares University (Madrid,Spain), and a university researcher. She is 39 years old. She is Telecommunications Engineering Doctor and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).

Prior to her present position, she was an entrepreneur for three years, when she moved to another city for family reasons and needed a flexible job. She then learned the commercial profession since she was interim key account manager.

In the past she was a university teacher, while researching for a technological centre and a cable operator, that is, developing and introducing innovations in enterprises.

Now her research activities are devoted to searching new methodologies (“Bologna Compatible”, of course) for the entrepreneurial education of young telecommunication engineers. This research includes e-learning investigation and e-learning materials production.

Judith works in team with her husband Rafa. They have been always closely in touch with their nearest enterprises (that is, regional ones) in order to help them to innovate and to introduce the more advanced technologies by means of developing novel products or processes. Many university professors of engineering have played the same role in Spain. No doubt we have performed our mission.

We have managed a lot of R&D projects (European, national and regional) and worked as consultants for several enterprises and technological centres.
